Opened in the Hotel Monaco in 1997, this festive spot has become a popular stop for all walks of life. Sleek and contemporary, with brick walls and lights that resemble upside-down umbrellas, the restaurant somehow keeps an elegant edge. But it's also upbeat and trendy. The bar is open till 2:30a M-Su. If thoughts of Blackened Rockfish and Cayenne mayonnaise, Jambalaya, Gumbo, Bouillabaisse-style Fish Stew and Homemade Andouille Sausage make your mouth water, you simply must stop in at this elegant nightspot.
