Plainer of decor than its offshoot Sea Garden of Bellevue, for which the owners built a new space, the original focuses on the fresh seafood. Choose a live crab, visit with it briefly at your table, and then await its transformation into the exquisite but messy Crab with Black Bean Sauce.
