Located in the heart of Bellevue, this offshoot of the original Sea Garden in the International District serves the freshest seafood, most of which comes straight from tanks. The atmosphere is open and casual, but in a modern new building. The extensive and reasonably priced menu features 20 soups and 17 varieties of rice. For an exotic appetizer, order the Jellyfish.
