Strange to say, but one of the richest towns around is also home to one of the best dining bargains. This little Chinese eatery offers a lunch special for about $5 that will prove addictive. Clean and well lit but otherwise unremarkable, the decor is comfortable and friendly though the brisk surroundings do not encourage dawdling. The menu is enormous, but first-time visitors are recommended to try one of the house specials, like the General Tso's Chicken or Hunan Beef. Shrimp dishes are also well prepared.
