It's not the noisy atmosphere or the large fish tanks that attracts customers to this International District restaurant. It's the delectable Dim Sum served daily until 3p. While the selection is the same as at other places, the food here is much better than average. Even if you're a Dim Sum fan, don't overlook the regular menu.
