A long marble-topped bar leads into a warm dining room with parchment light fixtures, colorful blown-glass bud vases and hinged wooden containers with both white and brown sugar cubes on the bare dark wood tables. As the Heathman Hotel's main restaurant, the casually elegant space easily accommodates all-day dining. Try the house-made granola or brioche French toast for breakfast, the salmon BLT or trellis burger for lunch, or freshly caught seafood with the signature "two-hour salad" – greens harvested from the chef's sustainable garden no more than two hours ago - for dinner.
