Historically focused choir |

Created in 1993, a year before the Seattle Baroque Orchestra was founded, this choir shares office space and occasionally stage time with the orchestra. The groups have presented Purcell's Dido And Aeneas together, and they slog through Handel's Messiah annually. But Doug Fullington's band of singers just as often does its own thing: Tudor church music, of course, but also Renaissance, Baroque, early American and 20th-century music. The group performs about six concerts per year in various locations. Call for information and tickets. Concert times vary. Review © 2009, Wcities |
