In an increasingly impersonal age, it is nice to know that this little breakfast and lunch joint is presided over by Walter himself. Waffles are his love, and his joy at preparing them is infectious. Servings are plentiful and the service unmatched. Thanks to the restaurant's recent expansion, there is never a shortage of space. This is really the perfect place to shake the sleep from your eyes, with coffee in one hand and a fork in the other. It is a casual place, but expect to see people in suits in the morning hours as they stop in for a crispy treat before heading off to work. The main attraction is the array of waffles covered in fruits or syrup, though they are supplemented by deli-style sandwiches and various fried creations.
