This new building is located across the street from Pier 66, Anthony's and the Bell Harbor International Conference Center, which handles booking for the World Trade Center. The center has four small but sleek boardrooms, three that seat 10 and one seats 18. Three of the rooms can be combined to seat 30. The rooms include modern furnishings, hardwood tables, white boards and projection screens. The Executive Dining Room is available in the evening. This elegant room has unobstructed panoramic views of Puget Sound. It can be reserved for sit-down dinners for up to 85 people or cocktail receptions for 120. The catering department prepares elegant appetizers and hors d'oeuvres for cocktail parties and gourmet dishes for sit-down or buffet dinners.
