This friendly casino and restaurant is situated on a busy road and ranges over two floors. A large eating area upstairs serves full meals which range from about £10. Typically, fish or meat dishes with vegetables are offered (and salmon is a popular choice). The casino is situated downstairs. Several gaming tables play simulataneously and a reasonable choice of games are available. A bar also serves a range of local beers, spirits and liqueurs. The clientele covers a broad spectrum across all age groups. The club has until recently seemed mainly male-based, but young couples and small groups of young women are now seen here more regularly. Membership is essential, but free.
