Over 1000 ships will be on display at the Naval Base in Portsmouth, including Tall Ships and small, classic and modern vessels. There will be exhibitions and stalls and the crowds will also be kept entertained by musicians and performers. The festival was held in Southampton in 2000, when it was renamed Festival of the Oceans, but it has returned back up the coast to Portsmouth. Review © 2007, Wcities |
