This unique annual online film festival showcases the works of both aspiring filmmakers and professionals through a new medium: the internet. Participants from across the world can send in their entries, which are then judged by a film critic. Organized by the BBC Southampton in association with Harbour Lights Cinema and City Eye, this festival aims at promoting short films, and targets at a worldwide audience.
