The Museum of Music is home to over 6,000 instruments from Asia, Africa and Europe. This 100 year old museum houses a large assortment of Swedish folk instruments as well. You'll also find a comprehensive archive of Swedish musicians and their work during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. Other attractions include a special section dedicated to electric guitars and a sound workshop where you can gain an understanding of the principles of musical sound.
