The place shares its kitchen with the Operabaren and the prices are quite affordable. House specialties are Beef Rydberg (thin-sliced tenderloin) and seasonal reindeer and elk delicacies. Fyra Knop is the only creperie in Stockholm. As it serves some great food at very reasonable prices, it is usually packed. And it's worth the wait for a table. This place offers a wide range of scrumptious galettes as well as crêpes. A great place to hang out with friends, or even for a date. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Swedish treat |
Sollentunavägen 220 Sollentuna Stockholm 191 35 Sweden +46 8 96 3300 http://www.edsbackakrog.se |
A historic thick-walled building is home to Edsbacka Krog - the first licensed restaurant in Stockholm. Edsbacka welcomes you to fine dining in an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. Executive Chef Christer Lingström creates a seasonally changing menu, using the freshest of ingredients. The restaurant is as popular for its romantic setting with candles lit on each table, as it is for its attractive presentation of delicious dishes. Relish Silltallrik for starters and Whitebait Roe with Marinated Halibut for main course. Although the restaurant has a large dining room, the space seems inadequate after the evening crowd starts pulling in. Therefore, reservations are strongly recommended. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Stylish restaurant in a central location |
Grevturegatan 30 Stockholm 11438 Sweden +46 (0)8 5458 2400 http://www.nox.se/ |
This bi-level establishment has a pretty decor and makes effective use of crystal chandeliers and laminated glass on the walls. The food is Swedish-French and the clientele includes international tourists. The wait staff is knowledgeable, efficient and helpful—you will require their help to make your choices. The in-house bar offers a wide variety of wines, cocktails and champagne. The restaurant accommodates up to 65 persons and can get crowded easily. The garden space is fascinating, with people lazing around in tents and on big armchairs. On Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, the DJs play an eclectic mix of music. It is tough to describe why you should come here for a night of fun, so just hop in and find out yourself! Review © 2007, Wcities |

Immortal Stockholm Classic |
Karl XII:s torg Operahuset Stockholm 111 86 Sweden +46 (0)8 676 58 01 http://www.operakallaren.se |
One of the restaurants in Stockholm privileged with a star in the Guide Michelin, Operakällaren is also a classic among gourmet restaurants. Chef Stefano Catenacci has a state-of-the-art kitchen at his disposal, along with astoundingly competent staff. Modern, traditional dishes dominate the menu. The main room is open daily from 6p-10p, whereas the Operabar and Bakfickan (slightly less ambitious but highly recommended menus) keep more generous hours listed below. Reservations are recommended for the main room, but not for the other two. Review © 2007, Wcities |
