Bröderna Olsson may look simple and ordinary, but this place is really unique. It adheres to a garlic—only culinary philosophy and every one of their dishes, desserts, drinks, even coffee, contains garlic. The incredibly—large Tapas are recommended only for those who don't mind the calories. The basement transforms into a club on some nights. Head out there after a few garlic shots.

http://www.operakallaren.se One of the restaurants in Stockholm privileged with a star in the Guide Michelin, Operakällaren is also a classic among gourmet restaurants. Chef Stefano Catenacci has a state-of-the-art kitchen at his disposal, along with astoundingly competent staff. Modern, traditional dishes dominate the menu. The main room is open daily from 6p-10p, whereas the Operabar and Bakfickan (slightly less ambitious but highly recommended menus) keep more generous hours listed below. Reservations are recommended for the main room, but not for the other two.

Close to the restaurant there is a wine cellar, where all the bottles are visible through a glass wall. And if you are a fan of Ol' Blue Eyes, you can listen to his music at the Frank Sinatra Bar.

At a short distance is Palace Hotel, whose guests frequently stop in for breakfast on their way into town, or come in for dinner or drink after a hard day of shopping and sight-seeing. Vanadis opens early in the morning, and shuts late at night. The interior is simple, yet modern and pleasant. The menu consists of classic dishes with crossover influences.
