If you're a cricket or rugby fan, this is a MUST visit for you. The Aussie Stadium, formally known as the Sydney Football Stadium, has been a witness to Australia's sporting history. Be it cricket, rugby league, rugby union, soccer, baseball or cycling – this grand stadium has hosted it all. With a capacity of 42,000, it has even played host to musical concerts as well as operas. The Rolling Stones, Elton John, Michael Jackson, Madonna, and U2 are a few of the greats who have performed on these grounds.
