Buy a red scarf and wear it to the BGF Red Scarf Day to warm the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS. At this event, hosted by the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, Australia's longest serving HIV/AIDS charity, people turn up wearing red scarfs and have a picnic together at an outdoor venue. In case it rains, the alternative venue is the organiser's office. The red scarf symbolises an extension of the red ribbon concept, wherein patients were supported emotionally. Supporters of the event are requested to buy red scarfs from the web site.
