At the hugely popular Sydney Fish Market, the Blackwattle Deli does a roaring trade in Australian and international deli items. But it is their cheeses that really draw the crowds--Blackwattle is the country's largest retailer of the famous King Island range (such as Bries, Bass Straight Blue cheeses, Creme Fraiche and Gold Medal Cheddar). There are also cheeses from around the Australia, including the Margaret River and Milawa regions, plus a few imports, and a host of olive and pate-type treats from around the globe.
