This family run restaurant serves up some very traditional German and Austrian fare. Pictures of famous Bavarians bedeck the walls. Look out for Mad King Ludwig II and former German Chancellor Helmut Kohl. Staff are friendly and there is a mixed clientele though the restaurant is particularly popular with expatriates. Try the Kaiserschmarrn - a sweet omelette served with a plum sauce. The bread based dishes are excellent too, particularly the Pumpkin Bread and Sweet Corn Bread with chilli. Review © 2009, Wcities |
