The flagship City Extra cafe, at Circular Quay, has the sweeping postcard views of the harbour; this one at Parramatta has the surf - the cyber surf, that is. City Extra is a theme restaurant, with newspaper motifs and paraphernalia everywhere from the menus to the wall decorations to the bathroom doors. Old-fashioned advertisements and editorials remind you just how much change the last century has seen.
