You know it is fresh when it comes from the Sydney Fish Market, and Claudio's stocks a good range of fish and shellfish. Snapper, perch and barramundi, to name but a few, are displayed on gleaming ice. You will also find crab, prawns, bugs and other shell fish all at reasonable prices.
