The inspiration of builder and solo yachtsman, Ian Kiernan, Clean Up Australia sees hundreds of thousands of Australians doing their bit to clean up the country's litter and waste, and preserve the environment for future generations. From its inception in Sydney in 1989, Clean Up Australia has gone national, and now global- with 40 million volunteers in 120 countries Cleaning Up The World.
