Remember summers at the beach as a kid - all those ice creams and chips? Things have changed (although you can still get a decent ice cream, and a decent bucket of chips, too). Sydney is getting more health-conscious every day and The Health Emporium takes it to a whole new level. Qualified staff, natropaths and herbalists, and shelves upon shelves of remedies, vitamins, organic meat and vegetables, Asian groceries, and nuts galore. There is also a cafe.
