Jack, the owner of this buzzing joint, reputedly made a name for himself roasting pigs to order--a Filipino speciality known as lechon. You will find this on the menu along with some other interesting dishes including chicken curry, pork steak with soy and lemon and isaw--a popular Manila street food--pork intestines dipped in garlic and vinegar sauce.
