While the main bakery is located in inner-west Leichhardt, this firm also retails its products around the country. The Leichhardt outlet has its own cafe and is heavily patronised during the lunch period. Special lines such as yeast-free, gluten-free and wheat-free bread are always available. They also sell pastries, pies and cakes including a divine kringel which will solve your dinner-party problems. The external "graffiti boards" are another innovation and have helped to damp down vandalism within the local area.
