Perhaps the most exclusive hotel in Sydney, the Park Hyatt, which was refurbished in 1998, certainly commands one of the most spectacular settings—in the shadow of the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. You will have easy access to the shops and restaurants in the historic Rocks. And if you are feeling really adventurous, take a trip on the replica of the Bounty, which you will find moored just outside the lobby in Campbell's Cove.
