Tambourine Bay Reserve and Warraroon Reserve Walk

Exciting bush track
Tambourine Bay Road
Sydney, NSW 2004
+61 2 9255 1788 (The Rocks Visitors Centre)
Starting at Tambourine Bay pool, this exciting bush track climbs sandstone cliffs and descends into mangrove swamps. Although rough in some areas, the path is fairly easy and is well marked. It is a three kilometres return. On the way, look out for some fascinating rock formations and the remains of an old shale mine. This area is also a good place to see some beautiful wild flowers and the unusual cheese tree, so named because its fruits resemble tiny cheeses. There are also excellent vantage points for a bit of bird watching.
