Not as regal and refined as the name might suggest, Vic and Bert are unlikely specialists in Afro styles and body art (henna, paint, laquer, you name it). Plus they do a great traditional men's hot towel razor-shave. This is also the place to buy Afro-hair treatments including straighteners.
