This cozy restaurant, located in the Town and Country area, serves up authentic Peruvian cuisine at very reasonable prices. Using traditional recipes and ingredients and a variety of intriguing spices, the restaurant whips up entrees made with Peruvian flair. On the menu: Ceviche de Pescado, marinated raw fish; Anticuchos, marinated beef hearts; Lomo Saltado, beef loin with onions and tomatoes and Estofado de Pollo, a Peruvian style fricassee. A house specialty, Pollo a la Brasa, is chicken marinated in a mixture of Peruvian spices for 24 hours then cooked slowly for at least two hours over hot coals, an elaborate process that practically guarantees tender and subtly flavored meat.
