This historic venue is named after its architect Jacques Carlu. Previously known as Eaton's Seventh Floor, it hosts fund raisers, awards ceremonies and even business conventions. Catering is also undertaken, and with a little help from the in-house consultants, you may choose from a variety of cuisines including fusion food and kosher dishes.
