Located in the Annex, east of Bathurst, this Indian restaurant has been a culinary mainstay of the area for the past 30 years. The focal point is definitely a statue of Ganesha, the Hindu god of wisdom, who sits at the centre of the restaurant. Customers in the know suggest the Pakoras - onion, spinach and potato fritters mixed in a chickpea batter, deep-fried and drizzled with Tamarind Sauce.
