There's nothing like three days of rollicking free concerts, skating shows, ice sculptures and circus performances to rouse you out of the clutches of the winter blahs. This free annual city festival draws thousands of people to various downtown venues to set fire to the cold days of February. Set up as the south and north poles, each venue hosts the celebratory spectacles that are perfect for all ages.
