The presence of this restaurant in the centre of Valencia is the best proof that the city is becoming more and more cosmopolitan. On offer is the best in Argentine grilled beef, dulces de leche (a typical dessert consisting of pancakes covered in thick, sweet caramel) and its special menu comprising of grilled meat, an onion cake and the house salad. As for drinks, there's nothing better to accompany this hearty meal than a good red wine.
