It takes guts to open a late-nighter in Vancouver's East Side. For chef/owner Michael Gunn, the risk paid off. Patrons can hang around at the bar downstairs to play pool and nibble on munchies, or they can sit down in the bistro where the atmosphere is less informal. West Coast and Asian-inspired dishes like Onion Naan, Sautéed Calamari, Singapore Laksa, Seared Scallops and Arctic Char are specialties. Pair the entrées with wines, martinis or single malts.
