Every menu item at this downtown bistro has a distinct maple flavour. The gift shop exclusively sells products made from pure organic maple, like vintage syrups, vinaigrettes and onion marmalades. The shop is modern and spacious, with a large, covered outdoor patio overlooking the Vancouver Art Gallery. Try the mushroom and wild rice soup and one of the sandwich selections, which include vegetarian (eggplant, zucchini, red pepper and maple-glazed sweet potatoes).
