"Let the sauce run down your sleeves." That's the motto of this Yaletown brewpub known for authentic Southern-style barbecue ribs. Barbecue champ David Valjacic creates genuine lip-smacking Southern-style eats. The main décor feature is a brew kettle at the bar. The place is large, with tile-inlaid wood floors and massive sliding garage doors, and the crowd is casual. For side dishes, beer-battered fries and creamed corn are recommended.
