This is a creative alternative to standard Japanese fare. Pure minimalism: White paper-covered tables, spare black lacquer chairs, and neutral walls. Your chopsticks (or knife and fork, if you prefer) lay atop molded corks on the table. There are about 30 dishes ranging from Tempura and Gyoza to spectacular Sashimi.
