Hapa Izakaya is a Japanese hotspot in the city, which plays host to Asian big-shots as well as locals. Sushi and tapas are the main dishes here, apart from some great off-beat dishes like bacon-wrapped asparagus, Negitori, or fresh tuna-belly chopped with spring onions and served with garlic bread.
