Angel Paint

Hand-painted clothing and wearable art
2 Powell St
Vancouver, BC V6A 1E7
Canada
+1 604 681 0947
http://www.angelpaint.com
This 20-year-old Gastown store has seen rock luminaries like Steven Tyler of Aerosmith don its original, hand-painted clothing. The clothing here is brightly painted and totally one-of-a-kind. The kid's gear is especially cute: there are baby sleepers festooned with vibrant tigers, rabbits, and leopards. The kid's shirts are dappled with a myriad of beasts, fruit and other nature. The adult's clothing ranges from bright aprons and men's ties to women's dresses and unisex shirts. Paint supplies and fabric painting classes are also available.

English Bay is one of Vancouver's most diverse neighbourhoods. Located in downtown's West End, it's where the energetic action of Denman and Davie streets converges. The area is a popular venue for outdoor activities like in-line skating, cycling, walking the seawall, running, and jogging. There are bookstores, gift shops, fashion and cosmetic retailers and other specialty shops; and an eclectic fusion of culinary arts and eateries with clientele to match. Some of the city's best dine-with-a-view restaurants can be found here.
