For over three decades, this European-style spot has been one of Vancouver's premiere restaurants with both the social and business elite. Traditional Swiss cuisine, old-world service and an elegant setting keep the tables full. Try the rack of lamb (with grainy mustard herb crust), roasted duck breast, fondues and a wine selection that contains the best vintages. Reservations are advisable, especially for dinner.
