The Carlton Opera Hotel is in a well-preserved art nouveau building, not far from the big outdoor market and Saturday flea market, the so-called Naschmarkt. The Viennese, art nouveau style can even be seen by the door: the elevator sports a wooden frame and the lobby has original beveled glass. The rooms display not only style, but character and have been customized using matching fabrics and coordinating colors. All of the hotel's rooms come with shower or bath and toilet. It is closed in January.
