Cuadro is situated next door to Schlossgasse 21, and is the most trendy and modern of the four main restaurants in the quadrant. Its name means "square" in Spanish, and this theme is even reflected in the menu: their ethno burgers are square rather than round, and food ordered to take-away comes in a square-shaped box. It is an ideal establishment in which to enjoy breakfast (a choice of four different blends of coffee and homemade strudel), a midday snack, or simply a pleasant drink in the evening.
