The permanent exhibition of the Ethnological Museum, which is situated in the New Palace on Ring Boulevard, shows such exhibits as objects from pre-Columbian Mexico or from Polynesia. Beyond the permanent displays are temporary exhibitions which expound different aspects of African cultures and pottery, for instance. Far Eastern artefacts, pieces from New Guinea, Australia also feature. On weekends there is the possibility to join an interesting program especially for children and parents.
