Located between the State Opera House and Stadtpark, this four-star hotel is one of the city's few authentic art nouveau hotels. Art deco paintings, murals and lamps decorate the bar, breakfast room and lounge. The rooms have thick carpets and high quality furniture. Some rooms are decorated with dark wooden art nouveau furniture, others in the lighter Biedermeier style complete with overstuffed chairs and couches.
