The marble and glass entrance hall is a bit misleading, and yet, this is a good choice. The breakfast room, opening onto a garden courtyard, is pleasant and the bedrooms have high-quality antique imitation furniture and parquet flooring. Long term guests can book one of the small apartments, which come complete with a kitchenette. The location, just behind the parliament and the Ringstrasse, is great because all the important sights in the first district are within walking distance. However, watch the prices: from April to October they tend to be much higher than the ones mentioned here! Review © 2009, Wcities |
