A star in the culinary sky has begun to sparkle in the form of Mraz & Sohn. The restaurant is a little removed from the center of town, situated in the 20th district. Due to the newly renovated guesthouse, customers enjoy an authentic Viennese atmosphere in which to dine and also have a wide choice of dishes of international origin. One can deliberate over items such as 'Asparagus Lasagne' served with "Milchkalbsbries", 'Oriental curried lobster' or "Pistazienhalbgefrorenes" served with passion fruit jelly. These are all dishes dreamt up by the father-son team. A carefully selected variety of wines and brandies are stocked and in summer the guests are invited to dine outside in the restaurant's small garden. Review © 2009, Wcities |
