This is one of those places you would never come across but by chance (unless you lived in the neighborhood). But, the Schwarzer Adler (meaning "black eagle") has everything a first class Viennese restaurant should have: very comfortable furnishings, an excellent wine list (with lots of Austrian wines&mdash: a tip for those wanting to become acquainted with some) and, perhaps most importantly, a wonderful Viennese menu featuring imaginative starters and fresh fish dishes.
