Hidden behind an ugly block of flats and situated above a flower shop and a adult-style shop, this is not the sort of place you stumble across. However, it is very worthwhile to seek it out and its location is great (just steps from Kärtnerstrasse and the Opera house) and the rooms with their comfy armchairs and pretty paintings have a tempered charm reminiscent of the Vienna of times gone by. The more expensive ones even have a kitchenette. The same owners have run it for two generations now, and consequently, guests are in safe hands! Review © 2009, Wcities |
