This is a homey restaurant in the midst of the old Spittelberg quarter in the 7th district. On the ground floor, a rather rustic atmosphere prevails, while the Biedermeier era dominates upstairs. (The funny name of the restaurant actually means "on the ground floor and on the first floor"). Like the decor and setting, the menu is split in two different sections: On the ground floor there are cheaper, more hearty Viennese dishes; while on the first floor, the menu is more sophisticated.
