Addis Ababa is considered by many Ethiopians and former Peace Corps volunteers to be one of the best Ethiopian restaurants in the city. Injara (flat sourdough bread with the consistency of a pancake) is served with generous portions of savory lamb, chicken, spicy lentils and vegetables.
